Arthur Street, North Sydney

Client: Sterling Publishing

Business sector: Media

Undertaken: September 2011

Brief: Full fit out of 300sqm tenancy. QVS Services was briefed to create a contemporary, minimalistic design across an open plan layout while including break out and media rooms for client meetings and broadcasting. In addition, as a media business a social area was required for entertaining clients and suppliers with a formal board room attached for meetings and presentations. A media wall was also required.

Scope of works: All partitioning and office construction including glass walls, workstation positioning and installation, electrical, cabling, joinery and cabinetry, lighting, painting and artwork hanging.
