Meet our experienced management team

Eric Brown is the General Manager of QVS Services. He has over 15 years’ experience in technical project management, including 2 years in UK Health Services. Eric is recognised for his skills in concurrently managing complex multi-stakeholder projects as well as ensuring quality workmanship and finishes in every project that QVS undertakes. He is regularly turned to by leading institutions and building managers for his insights on cutting edge design plus practical space solutions. Eric has a Bachelor of Science (Macquarie), Graduate Diploma in Building (UTS) and a Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying (UTS).

Owen Brown is QVS Services' General Manager of Sales. Owen has over 12 years’ experience in the building trade, including six years managing fit out and make good projects. Owen draws on his extensive hands on experience as an air-conditioning specialist and project manager to ensure project milestones are met and on budget. He is well regarded as a hands-on manager, with his role with QVS Services now focused on business development – using his practical skills and experience to create cost-effective fit out and make good solutions for clients. Owen has a Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, is a Licenced Refrigeration Mechanic and has a Certificate III in Small Business Enterprise Management.
